    Had a great service! The furniture arrived a month later but it's worth it. Don't know for the others but installation and delivery was included and in a good condition plus they didn't scratch the floor so that was perfect. Im very happy!

    Bought display cabinet, trim ripped off by delivery truck. Promised to send pro to repair which turned out to be the delivery truck driver. After messing twice for hours with superglue and crayon he gave up and left.

    Began receiving abusive calls from a woman working for Prillo's, filed dispute with CC company, Keith Prillo himself faxed faked delivery report by covering any reference to damage with piece of paper.
