  CONCIERGE STEPHAN STEALS CLIENTS TIRES !!! GUY BRINGS IT BACK TO MY BOYFRIEND AND OPENS UP A LOCKER FULL OF STOLEN TIRES THAT HE SELLS .I DID NOT MAKE A BIG DEAL SINCE I GOT IT BACK BUT YOUR THIGS WILL BE MISSIG IF YOU BRING YOUR PERSONAL VALUBLE STUFF THERE. THE GUY IS ALWAYS DRINKING ON THE JOB TOO . WHAT KIND OF EMPLOYES THOSE THIS PLACE HIRE ? JUNKIES TO ROB CLIENTS ?!AND THE STAFF DOES NOTHING ABOUT THIS CUZ THEY ASHAMED TO SHOW THE CAMERA TO ME THAT STEPHANE IS ROLLING TIRES TO HIS LOCKER FROM MINE .. HE IS ROBBING ALL OF YOU SO BE CAREFUL AND GET YOUR STUFF OUT BEFORE YOUU HAVE NO MORE STUFF

  Having recently dealt with an extremely shady storage facility (GoCube), I was so appreciative of the excellent customer service I received from Alex & Nathalie at the St. Leonard location. I am a new customer, but I am pleasantly optimistic.

  Called at the beginning of the month. Was told by manager Nathalie at the time that there is no need to put a hold on a 5'x10' unit as they're always available. They also offer a free month promotion. Called back today, 2 weeks later, and they said no more promotion. Spoke to head office and they said the on-site manager has the power to grant it. She refused even though we spoke 2 weeks ago!

  Lets talk about the worst customer service EVER!!!, First off my boyfriend has been a client of Storage mart for about 3 years he has a collectors car and wants to keep it in a fenced off secured perimeter, and in the winter in a closed storage, that is why he chose storage mart. Recently management changed at this specific location Be Aware!!! New manager Natalie Allure she has Big attitude problems and keeps referring to "ITS YOUR PROBLEM NOT MINE !" In the past month my boyfriends car has been Hit, Broken into, and also vandalized. When told to see the cameras, Since he purposely parked the car in front of one he was told "Policy States We are Not allowed to show footage to clients". Then the manager told my boyfriend that she knew the car was backed into and broken into. My boyfriend was stunned that she told him that and answered" so why didn't i get a phone call." her response " ITS NOT MY PROBLEM ITS YOURS." So i called Costumer Service to get this situation resolved Christian Le bauck Called me back, Telling me they cannot do nothing because its policy, I am still in shock that a director of Quebec, cannot help a client find out who broke into a car that is on there lot, that pays for security, and trusts that if something does happen at least gets informed. It saddens me to say this but Matthieu was one of your best employees, he did everything to make the clients happy, Bad decision on this new manager. To Conclude I really hope whoever reads this sees that this establishment is really not a good choice if you want your personal belongings to stay in tacked. please choose somewhere where people actually care about your business.

  The storage locker was alright- it's the customer service that makes this place somewhere I would never recommend. When I rented out my locker I informed them of my move out date of July 2nd ahead of time. Upon checking out, I called to inform them of my move out. However a charge of $98.83 remained on my credit card for over two weeks and it took three calls and an email to resolve it. Do not use this place unless you want to pay an extra month's rent for no reason :)
